What you'll do

• Assess function, cognition and home safety
• Plan and deliver therapy
• Recommend equipment and adaptations
• Support discharge planning

What you'll need

• Active Occupational Therapist registration in good standing in Ontario, or eligibility to register (we help with the paperwork)
• At least 1 year of occupational therapy practice
• Current BLS / CPR certification
• A clear police check with vulnerable sector screening
• Up-to-date immunizations, as required by the facility
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
