What you'll do

• Complete psychosocial assessments
• Plan discharges and connect patients to services
• Provide counselling and crisis support
• Advocate for patients with complex needs

What you'll need

• Active Social Worker registration in good standing in Manitoba, or eligibility to register (we help with the paperwork)
• At least 1 year of healthcare social work experience
• Current BLS / CPR certification
• A clear police check with vulnerable sector screening
• Up-to-date immunizations, as required by the facility
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
