That’s why we created the #Goodwiller Ambassador Program: to give our healthcare professionals a platform to express themselves, build community, and earn a little something extra for the stories they already live every day.
How the Ambassador Program Works
1. Sign Up
Get started by contacting our team and completing the quick onboarding process. Only registered ambassadors are eligible for rewards.
2. Post Your Story
Share experiences on your favorite social media platform. It could be a travel moment, a tip from the floor, a work-life balance snapshot — whatever reflects your journey.
3. Tag & Collaborate
Tag @GoodwillStaffing in your post and include #Goodwiller. On Instagram, make Goodwill Staffing a collaborator so we can share it too!
4. Earn Perks & Recognition

Nope! One post per quarter keeps you active, but you can post as often as you’d like.
What if I don’t get a lot of likes or views?
We value consistency and authenticity — not follower count.
Can I participate even if I’m not currently on assignment?
Yes! Share your past experiences or industry insights — they all count.
I’m not “creative” — is this still for me?
100%. If you can take a photo, write a sentence, or record a 15-sec clip — you’re in.
How do I get started?
Just send an email to [email protected] and we’ll guide you from there. Only registered ambassadors are eligible for rewards. Make sure you email us to complete onboarding before you post!
